When the government seizes a pet, there is a due process followed. There is no due process when a private entity is involved.

I am not for the aggression suggested by using War in the name.

Department of War implies that we are aggressors starting wars, while Department of Defense implies that we will fend off aggressors to maintain peace. I much prefer the latter.
