Is it worth it to install sidewalks near elementary schools?

If you can waste money on the river front park fiasco and walking trails . You can put sidewalks to the Schools, if not whoever makes that decision not to should be charged with Child Endangerment .

Safety for walkers.

Keeping children safe should be high priority.

Hmmmm parking meters downtown or my child walking to safely to school on a sidewalk and not in the street..where cars drive... Thats a real hard choice..
