Not true. The Missouri State treasurer has said proponents have misled voters by understating the actual costs of expansion and, if passed, will take almost 1/3 of the state's annual budget.

The true costs have been understated according to the state treasurer. it requires giving benefits to people who are here illegally and who pay no taxes and will cause our income taxes to be increased
