Source code for voting is not transparent... is very easy to manipulate... are citizens too dumb to understand, or is there a reason it needs to be hidden from the public?

In all States that there should only be allowed in-person voting, with a picture ID, to vote on the actual election day, and then reps from BOTH parties watching the count. No exceptions.
