Some fancy lawyer found a loophole in the way it was written, and we've been paying for it ever since. If the parents are NOT here LEGALLY, then their child should be a citizen of the country they lived in before sneaking into our country.

Just read the 14th amendment. Should not have wasted taxpayers money on debating this issue.
