Do you agree with locating a proposed behavioral urgent care facility on east Frederick Boulevard?

It DEF needs to be near Mosaic, and I'd say putting on their property (they seem to have an abundance of it) would be nice, I doubt if they'd be on board. The mental homeless downtown likely won't be the largest clientel anyway.
