I have worked in law enforcement previously and know the amount of time and stress and safety concerns go into this. They more then deserve the pay raises!
ReplyThey already weren't getting paid what they should based on the risks they take daily. They DEFINITELY need a raise based on the additional risks they are now taking.
ReplyOur police officers, and everyone in public safety for the City of St. Joseph are not paid enough for the work they do for our community.
