Human will, being malleable and limited by nature and providence is not free. To be truly free, the human will would have to be immutable and absolute and subject to no outside contingencies.

Having that closed put an additional strain on Cook roads already heavy traffic. They should start reconstruction immediately.

I live close to the bridge and now have to go way out of my way to get most places.

The bridge will now be closed for a year which is should never happen. .
