Yes, if we don't understand that green projects are part of infrastructure all the infrastructure in rebuilding the US will be wasted. We need holistic concepts in building our future.

I am not for the aggression suggested by using War in the name.

Department of War implies that we are aggressors starting wars, while Department of Defense implies that we will fend off aggressors to maintain peace. I much prefer the latter.
