Did the Derek Chauvin trial illustrate a need for widespread reform of police in the U.S.?

Too many minorities are suffering due to systemic racism. We need to get those who do not belong in service out. That means changing training, remove those that are focused on controlling, and reform processes to hold police officers accounting for their bad acts.
