This process is taking far too long and there has been little coordination between the Federal Govt and the states. We have always in the past been able to count on the Federal Govt to coordinate this. Unfortunately, the present Fed Admin has been incompetent in this area as well as others.

I'm retired, on a fixed income, no longer buy books that I can find at the library. Both our libraries are well equipped and very accommodating in acquiring books through inter-library loan for me. Specifically, they have tremendous access to books on CD so I can listen while I do needlework
