I happened to be there during the May 2015 rupture - oil all over the place. There's no guarantee that Sable won't go belly up, with no ownership - which is the scene in Summerland, where the state is left picking up the tab for leaking oil wells on that beach. Enough already!

How high does the price of gas need to get before we look at this logically? Last week in Arizona gas was $2.95 a gallon. This project is essential to the economic health of our community!
