Commented "We have natural seepage off the coast and using it for oil - Newsom forced Chevron and other oil refineries to leave! would Cleaner beaches and low environmental impact Carbon is our friend! Plus no infrastructure for electric alternatives. Cali is the only State w/high gas prices! Unacceptable!"
