Yes: If there was no death penalty there would be nothing to deter criminals. Murders happen anyway but a lot of the time it stops them from happening. Also, and mainly,  there must be accountability!!!!

Yes: Cold blooded killers aka serial killers should be put to death.  There is no rehabilitation that can truly turn their sadistic thoughts.
