NO: I can live without a color, cut, perm or manicure. It is not life sustaining.

YES: We are considered hygiene. 
It is a mutual agreement between barbers/stylist & clients to keep up with the services.

NO: No, only encourages  people to leave their home when not completely nessary,  if people  would just stay put for a couple of weeks we would get over this a lot faster.   Also nail salons need to close
