I strongly believe they should be punished because they have been doing fraud in many different ways through the years. It's time for them to learn they can't be stealing.

Yuma police officers should be more AWARE of the traffic around them. There should be MORE cameras taking footage of traffic. Most companies SHOULD have outside cameras. Not everyone has the means or the money to own a dash cam. The city should have more traffic police and harsher consequences.
