If he were white he would not have been detained. A US citizen doesn’t need to provide proof of Citizenship in his own country. That’s the law. He was racially profiled, and his rights trampled upon.

PROVE? everything written about this case states his "paperwork" had numerous errors on it,so how could ICE really prove who he was?he was released upon actually proving paperwork was correct.

He had conflicting documents and he should have been held until they were checked out and verified.
