They are border with one country, port of entry from the ocean, global Airport, neighbor with 3 states and they still don't care? So yeah they need a way more tougher stay at home order

Yuma police officers should be more AWARE of the traffic around them. There should be MORE cameras taking footage of traffic. Most companies SHOULD have outside cameras. Not everyone has the means or the money to own a dash cam. The city should have more traffic police and harsher consequences.
