It’s old and worn down even the old door knobs have been taken by the previous occupants

President Trump is paying for it out of his own pocket, not the taxpayers. Other presidents have done the same with the taxpayers paying for it.

This is the way that I learned how to write and read English. Must be a prerequisite for all newcomers to this country.
