There's more than just the border that needs attention, for instance ave B the excessive revving of engines, excessive exhaust noise of vehicles. Covid people running around like it's over & it ain't. What about winter visitors burning chimney smoke it affects health too

This coming out 30 yrs after the events? Anything to discourage others for stepping up to do humanitarian acts! It shows he was human, didn't walk on water...but he worked tireless for workers rights for the field workers over the years and a better life for their families and the future.
