Brothers McCraig & Miles Warren are suing the airline for discrimination, claiming that when they tried to board the plane in Denver, they were told repeatedly by employees to change their outfit. Jeans, hooded sweatshirts & baseball caps violated an alleged 1st Class dress code. Other passengers with similar attire were allowed in 1st Class! See photo below.
