Commented "ODOT Leadership is totally incompetent! They spend a billion dollars they don’t have and come to the taxpayers to bail them out. As far as increasing gas tax and registration fees we already pay.40 cents per gallon and our gas prices are $2 per gallon more than the rest of the country. No more mone!"
