When tony snapped he brought back whoever died due to any encounter with any infinity stone, which means that Gamora and Nat are alive since they died encountering the soul stone.

when steve lost the tesseract, loki quickly grabbed it and vanished. we don’t know what happened after that and there will be a loki series on disney plus. he has his ways, he has his tricks. he’s not dead.

If they ever brought him back it would be the time jumping Loki from the show, and not a resurrected Infinity War Loki.

All they have to do is start the first 30 to 40 minutes of the movie in the full classic costume with mask on. After that no one will care who is under the mask.
