Are Natasha & Gamora stuck inside the soul stone?

they sacrificed themselves to get the stone, therefore are inside it. not necessarily dead but no longer alive

When tony snapped he brought back whoever died due to any encounter with any infinity stone, which means that Gamora and Nat are alive since they died encountering the soul stone.

They just cant kill them both out they are powerful women
