Commented "This is not a matter of legality. "IlLeGaL" immigration is a misdemeanor, like jaywalking or speeding. That people are being apprehended at immigration court dates, schools, and churches shows that these people are not dangerous nor violent. And finally, detention without due process is kidnapping."
