My Father is dying at 95, I lost my best friend who was 90, much older than me, this year. I go into 2023 with the thought of not having these two very unique men in my life.

I forgot to say any change I will make is to be like them who were and are still active!

Moving to Portugal. From Canada. Yay. Freedom from tyranny.

I used to pet/house sit when I lived in CA. I moved to AL this year and in the New Year plan to start putting out business cards and flyers and doing it here, too.

Yes, undoubtedly, since change is inevitable. No plans, though.

I believe in making changes at any point so no, I don't generally commit to a particular change for the new year.

I try to change for the better every day; not just because it's the new year.

I just feel like arising at the same time helps me stay on schedule and feel like I am seizing the day. Also, I can NEVER sleep in when I try anyway.

I have tried to get up later but cannot stay up in the evening. I got up at the same time for many years while working

Approximately, but as retirees we're delightfully flexible most all the time.

If I go to bed later, I will wake up later.

It is said that you should always wake up at the same time. Never has worked for me.
