      I certainly should but am guilty of not being overly active. I do play golf regularly but I get little to no "formal" exercise. I should join a gym, I should exercise, I should but I don't........

ReplyVinyasa/power yoga, soul cycle, trx and pilates with weights. About 4x a week and walk and hike regularly. Staying fit is easy, getting fit is hard. maintenance, not surgery.

ReplyI've lost weight to make myself more healthy - working out is a part of healthy living. I work out at least three times a week, and do some casual walking a couple other days.
ReplyI was better before Covid and now I am a little scared about going to the gym.
