Vinyasa/power yoga, soul cycle, trx and pilates with weights. About 4x a week and walk and hike regularly. Staying fit is easy, getting fit is hard. maintenance, not surgery.

I've lost weight to make myself more healthy - working out is a part of healthy living. I work out at least three times a week, and do some casual walking a couple other days.

I was better before Covid and now I am a little scared about going to the gym.

I certainly should but am guilty of not being overly active. I do play golf regularly but I get little to no "formal" exercise. I should join a gym, I should exercise, I should but I don't........

Severe physical disabilities keep me from working out. I now focus on maintaining my strength and flexibility, to remain mobile in my golden years.

I learned my lesson the hard way. I no longer have ANY carry-over credit balances. Zero debt.

I got rid of all our credit cards years ago. The interest is ridiculous! You end up paying a lot more in interest than the the cost of the items purchased!

If I don't have the money...I don't buy it. Interest rates are ridiculous!!

Why buy more than I can pay for? The federal government does that, which causes inflation.

My credit card pays me, in the form of points. I do not want to pay my credit card company.

I am a worry-wart and a negativr person, so half-empty would be the answer. But, what people don't see is that I am a pragmatist, or a realist. So, it's is also not half full or half empty, but right down the middle.
