Military brat, then doing special projects for AT&T. Both "jobs" moved me around every year or two. Different cities, different states.

I am about to be 42, from the time I was born, I have lived in 16 places, in 9 cities, in 7 counties, across 3 states. My two longest were 7 yrs, and 11 yrs. My three shortest were 6 months, and two 9 months. But, the rest averaged at 2.5 years. i was low income. We're about tomove & hopefully stay.

Four places since we've been married. A small apartment, the house in which we raised our kids, a townhome once we were empty nesters, and now our country retirement home.

I just feel like arising at the same time helps me stay on schedule and feel like I am seizing the day. Also, I can NEVER sleep in when I try anyway.

I have tried to get up later but cannot stay up in the evening. I got up at the same time for many years while working

I'm retired, and unless I have a specific appointment, I get up whenever I wake up, and that depends on how late I stayed up the night before

Approximately, but as retirees we're delightfully flexible most all the time.

If I go to bed later, I will wake up later.

It is said that you should always wake up at the same time. Never has worked for me.
