Commented "Whoever designs these highway changes needs to go back to school. The bypass in Redmond was stupid too. And I really dislike the round abouts everywhere, especially the area coming from Sisters to Bend. I do like the artwork, but you only get a few seconds to enjoy it or have an accident."
