Only time I got the flu shot I had the flu much worse. never again

I have never had a flu shot and I am 72 years old. I try to eat grass fed, range free-basically old fashion way of raising meats... certified orgaanic, eat herbs, take vitamins, minerals, enzymes. Make my own bread, cheese, pasta, and many other things. Wake up people...

They are not good for you and don't even prevent the flu.

I don't trust the validity of flu shots.
