A short stay in the Big Dance would really get them thirsty for a longer run next year. Plus a huge boost in their young confidence!

Get the experience of the big tournament so in the coming years it won't seem like such a big stage

Experience. Its like having bowl prep in football Coaches always say this is the best time of the year for freshman
ReplyA group of friends started talking the benefits of the NIT before Iowa went on the late season run. We still think it will have a long term benefit...except obviously for Peter Jok.
