The Iowa defense looks hungry again and will continue the next two weeks and dominate Illinois and Nebraska at the point of attack making them one-dimensional.

I think we come out and take care of Nebraska again after a solid win against Illinois.

I think they have momentum ending with a home game.

They gained a great deal of confidence with the win, and the defense will continue to hold serve vs. the Illwhini and the Bugeaters. GO HAWKS!!!!

I don't see us beating both Illinois and Nebby. One game not a season make. I'm not sold we can or will sustain whatever "it" was vs Michigan.

As of now he's the #2 guy in Detroit. CJ is 3rd in San Fran. As far as sneaking into a game goes due to injury or whatever JR is closer. But as far as winning a starting gig goes I think both are a long ways away from that.

Curt Rambis and Phil Jackson weren't MVP's. Jok is a consistent player and a real drawing card for the opposition while on the floor. Not a spark plug.

I love baers energy and enjoy watching him play but Jok is a premier scorer and you just can't top that in a player. You can get find guys who play will passion and spark the team. But great scores can't just be mustard up.

This shouldnt even be a poll. Baer is great but without Jok (yes, I know he was out 3 games against bad teams) there is no way Iowa has 15 wins.

He is much more vital to the future of the team only being a sophomore and Jok a senior.

It's not even just the games. With this young team he brings the intensity to practice every game that makes everyone around him have to step up their level of play. It'd be easier with this group to replace Joks scoring then Baers intangibles to me. Scoring hasn't been the issue for this team

He has the heart of a champion and motivates all the players around him to be better. You can't coach the passion that Baer brings.
