Absolutely, do not do this. It's ridiculous if you want to slow people down. Put in speed bumps but do not impede traffic and it looks disgusting. It looks stupid. You've already ruined enough streets in this town for bicyclers no more. Do no more use speed bumps if you want to slow people down

I am concerned for my package deliveries 365 days a year. The delivery drivers are a joke out here. The only one that actually does their job right is UPS.
