I lost $12,000 in an internet romance scam. 3 years later, I continue to update the FBI with hopes that they will catch him. He is part of a crime ring, and at least one of his associates was arrested. I can't believe I got caught up in it.

Absolutely, do not do this. It's ridiculous if you want to slow people down. Put in speed bumps but do not impede traffic and it looks disgusting. It looks stupid. You've already ruined enough streets in this town for bicyclers no more. Do no more use speed bumps if you want to slow people down
