Do you turn off location tracking on your device?

I really don't care if someone knows where I go. I have nothing to hide.

only turn it on when I am hunting cell phone is too much a distraction to use any other time my time is important to me.

Because I travel a lot over the passes and I want to be located if I get in a wreck.
