Absolutely, do not do this. It's ridiculous if you want to slow people down. Put in speed bumps but do not impede traffic and it looks disgusting. It looks stupid. You've already ruined enough streets in this town for bicyclers no more. Do no more use speed bumps if you want to slow people down

Too difficult to police the people living in the forest. Some are tidy and keep to themselves, while others are doing drugs, littering and have un-trained, off-leash dogs guarding. It creates dangerous conditions for recreational users.

ReplyOur forests are already 30 years behind thinning and management. Too much fire suppression for the last 50 years.
ReplyAnd we need the same thing in La Pine!
ReplyFire prevention is paramount in this area...to protect wildlife and humans. It's unfortunate the county and city are doing nothing to help the people living there.
