If there wasn't such corruption in the county agency this wouldn't be an issue. Why is there such hiding the funding? Why is the county hiring unqualified administrators? Why is a unqualified administrator transferred to another agency after they quit? Why is only one news program pointing this out?

Expand those we have VS adding more new shelters. Centralization would be more economical and a little easier for Vets and their assistants to function as they are already overstretched.

Rotating minimizes the possibility of corruption which our city has experienced, its ashame that mayor walked away with nothing more than probation. lets not let it happen again.

I have always thought voting a mayor is better than the rotation of a mayor. With the rotation, the mayor becomes only a spokesperson for the council The voters should elect based on the agenda of the mayor And it allows for consistency with staff.
