They are traced with toxin's. Are most offten not as helpful as one would like. Plus there are the side affets [ other than that of not being able to spell ] that are worse than the illness.

Because the republican's in Washington are lead by a handful of war hawks out as I prefer to call them CHICKEN HAWKS that make a lot of money for their friends and themselves

Bloods and Crips, both will do it. You always have to have some sort of "Ism" in place, be it Communism, Terrorism, etc. That way you can keep the illusion of Government in place.
