His draft status can't get much higher! Money talks. I sure wish I was wrong!

Even if he is graded around 3rd-4th round, his body type will deter from teams taking him if he has too many touches...AND we will run him into the ground if he returns.

Comments Ameer has made about academics makes me think he will be back.

Because if he is projected to go high in the top 2 rounds I'm sure it will be hard for him to say no

ITWAS REPORTED THAT AMEER WOULDN'T RAISE HIS VALUE BY STAYING IN LINCOLN ANOTHER YEAR.

In my opinion, it would be a foolish move. He is just now beginning to be noticed by the Pro's. He hasn't reached his full potential. Either way, I wish him the best of luck. Money isn't everything.

I think he is enjoying the Big Red ride too much to leave..

I think he understands that he didn't get nearly the amount of hype that he would get next season if he remains healthy, which means more dollar bills. Look at how Suh turned out.

This year, he was probably the quietest 1500 yrd RB around, & barely got noticed! Next year will be a LOT Different I think

I think he believes we can win a BIG 10 title next year, and he can make first team All American.

because if he sticks around plays one more year for Nebraska he is NFL status will go up much higher and he will be taking higher in the 2015 draft 。 if not I believe he'll go around the 3rd or 4th ro

While the money would be attractive, next years team should be better and his rushing results will be even higher and will move up in the ranks of those chosen for the NFL. i.e. more money overall.

I do not care HOW the punting is done. Only that it leads to WINS.

If something is broken, what does it hurt to try something different. Insanity- Doing the same thing and expecting a different result.

I like this style of punting. With the roll-out, it keeps the defense honest by keeping them in position in case of runs/throws by the punter.

Anything less than a drop kick just isn't trying. Additionally, NU had a punter who averaged 44 yards a kick and he had to transfer for a player to be named later. Maybe get the rugby guy in and set in place before upending what would have been a solid punting game.

Too much hassle (200 miles away) for an unknown event.

The event is a non-starter compared to the structure of actual plays and the support of young men working to find their place on the team.

If I want to see a carnival or a faire I'll go see one. This change shows fear of being a competitor on the part of Rhule and NU Athletics. It's embarrassing.

Losing the best recruiting tool of the spring and losing the money it would bring in is not smart in my opinion.

It's not a game. This was our tradition. Not a good decision on Rhule's part.
