I think he has made the best of the team he has had in the last two years and shown improvement. I think the players feel they own game.

Yes, especially when you combine the upheaval this causes with a few of their opt outs and departures. It's one of the reasons bowl games just aren't the same anymore. The record might say we're playing the 15th ranked team, but in reality, we're playing what's left of it. Glorified scrimmage gm!
