Because sometimes you may never know where your money really goes to in an organization. Donating your time is a better way to have input on where exactly you want to help out an organization.

I've been using coconut oil for a while now for many reasons. I buy refined, organic, coconut oil in a jar for about $6 @ my grocer. No coconut smell, solid that turns liquid easily & no coconut taste
