Should the City of Sturgeon ask for an investigation of a dog's shooting by an officer?

Yes,they should along with the public. The Officer used the wrong manner with the dog. Obviously he doesn't care about people or dogs at this point cause there were kids around. There needs to be a federal investigation of things . Someone needs to be in-charge of animals to help and not kill them!
