The schools also need trained and qualified security, with sufficient firepower, on campus at all times.

This costly measure would give schools and families a sense of security--as have other $$ measures. But it likely won't keep kids any safer from (exceedingly rare) gun violence on campus.

Two months ago, you posted, "Missouri is at THE BOTTOM for education spending, for our horrifying gun violence, and in so many other urgent areas our lawmakers should be addressing. The actual gun violence frequency is low, however our children are priceless. They deserve protection from criminals.

Most people already drive 75 MPH, at least. Trust the people.

A lot of people drive faster than the posted speed limit - 75 to 80 instead of 70. Increasing the speed limit will just push the actual travel rates higher - 80 to 85 instead of 75. With all of the heavy trucks on the road (some that drive slow), higher speeds are just dangerous.

Drivers are already driving 5 to 10 miles over the current limits so if it's increased I'm pretty sure they'll exceed the new limits.

The Democratic Party is pushing hateful rhetoric, like calling Trump supporters "fascist" and "nazi" to drive people to violence and cause a color revolution. This must stop.

Trump has called Democrats “scum,” “vermin,” “animals” and “enemies of the people.” When U.S. Rep. Pelosi’s 82-year-old husband was bludgeoned with a hammer by a deranged man, Trump joked about it.
