The question should be - if he does - will he know he is?

Why not? He's the best they got, unless Fetterman chooses to run.

The ones that want him to run again, didn't say they wanted him to win.

Neither he nor Trump should run. We need younger Presidents in these trying times. I think Pres. Biden is doing the best he can with what and who he has to work with but there should be an age limit. Trump is too old and crazy to run.

Your comment reminds me of something Fetterman might utter.

He is a disgrace. It is very clear that he does not have the capacity to do this job and do it well. World leaders do not respect him. He has always been a bully and he still is. Send him out to pasture!

He is a failure. He has destroyed a country that was energy independent.

Biden is a dirt bag, and a 50+ year professional criminal, and the leader of a family of criminals. To bad he didn't croak with Carter; could have had a BOGO on good riddance funerals. But since he's all in for democracy and not dividing the country, he did the right thing.

The United States Supreme Court has ruled that accepting a pardon implies an admission of guilt. This decision was made in the 1915 case of Burdick v. United States, 236 U.S. 79 (1915). In this case, the Court stated that acceptance of a pardon implies a confession of guilt and carries an imputation
