Because everyone should be able to celebrate. And if the city says no well they still do it anyways and cops dont enforce anything especially if they know who is shooting them off . But everyone should have them shot off by midnight to let people sleep cause they may have to work the next day .

Currently, MO is the country's leader in puppy mills. Punish these horrible monsters who traffic in the misery of poor animals!

Dogs are the most loyal animals and love you unconditionally no matter how they are treated and it is just heartbreaking to see them mistreated or abused!
