The Chiefs were the Dallas Texans for four years, before they became the KC Chiefs. Dallas has the money to lure them away, and they probably will.
We had an awesome fireworks display with several neighbors shooting off hundreds of dollars of fireworks at the same time, without intermission, and without topless Bud Light spokespersons saying: "Look at me! Look at me!" That's right Bud Light spokespeople were topless at the City fireworks. FJB

ReplyI live on the west side of Columbia. My neighbors all around me were shooting off fireworks before 4th and some are still. It is illegal to shoot them off inside the city limits. It is too dangerous, and it's too easy for someone's house or property to catch fire.
