Why are you surprised? The City put together the least efficient system they could have with the highest cost imaginable. No surprise to a sane person, when the rest of State uses roll carts.
We already pay enough in taxes. The City needs to check it's priorities and pull funding from programs that truly are not conductive to the day to day lives of the general tax paying citizen.
Focus on the core competencies, not liberal dream programs.
A lot of people drive faster than the posted speed limit - 75 to 80 instead of 70. Increasing the speed limit will just push the actual travel rates higher - 80 to 85 instead of 75. With all of the heavy trucks on the road (some that drive slow), higher speeds are just dangerous.
apartment dweller and I see crap dumped off at the recycling container in my complex. And it's TRASH not legit recycling shoved into the container.
ReplyI have but it was before the 2 bag deal the city went too. I myself live outside city limits.
