Government is what is making housing expensive. Want less expensive housing? Get Government out of the way.

The property owners, are being inundated with tax increases, and higher costs, to maintain the properties, too. The government, is doing nothing to help them.

As someone on disability finding affordable housing is one of the most difficult things I face in columbia.
ReplyIf one drives virtually anywhere in Columbia you will see numerous people at intersections with signs requesting help. My wife works in mental health and she is inundated with people coming in for assistance. Ask anyone working in the mental health field & they will tell you the same thing.
ReplyRent has increased exponentially and wages have not kept up.
ReplyWe need a task force that's going to address affordable housing in Columbia.
ReplyRent is out of control. Without local common sense legislation and regulation-- more people will become homeless
