The mayor kneels before BLM mob chanting anti-police slogans, the City orders cops to stand down while intersections and streets are blocked by illegal marches, City Council instinctively sides against the police before an investigation is even started, how much more support for cops do you want?

Harry, your sarcasm is excellent, and spot on.

Police in this town run roughshod over POC and unhomed communities. They prioritize pursuing poor people over solving crimes that have actual victims. Disparate stop data has only gotten worse over the decade I've lived here. #defundthepolice

Not only are pay and benefits low, the officers need to know that the Council and elected leaders support their efforts to protect and serve. Our officers need to be well compensated but also know from the beginning of their career what is expected of them as police officers here in this city.

Absolutely not. The are the only line of protection between law abiding citizens and the thugs that the city administration so dearly loves and protects.

The city needs to hire more LEO's to keep track of the blooming homeless population, that the city keeps enabling. The State of the City address will ask for more money for the homeless amid a Police shortage crisis. The mayor will arrive in a clown car with other clowns.

Harry D Voter's Guide: Knoth should be retained, Ward 2 vote for Lisa Meyer for better safety. CPS BoE is clear choice of the three candidates. For the change our students need, only vote for one, Potter. If you are a liberal, don't worry about voting at all, the NEA has got this. FJB

I had a great view of the 2017 evlipse in our back yard! I moved a folding chair to stay in the shade while I waited. It was spectacular, and its getting dark and cold was eerie.
