The fact that legislators would use this for political gain and schools would use this as a financial game (teaching to the tests so they get an A rating, which gives them more money, wash-rinse-repeat). is a no from me.
Didn't they learn something from the failure of the No Child Left Behind?
Nothing has changed. We need metal detectors and guards at the front door.
ReplyI doubt if arming the teachers will work. More security at the entrances would be a better solution IF we could get the funding to do that.
